Sydney Soaps Shipping Policy

Sydney Soaps deliver Australia wide & World wide via Australia Post. Sydney Soaps takes no responsibility for the parcel once it has been handed over to Australia Post. Regular Post items cannot be tracked and will not be re-sent or refunded if the item goes missing.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation, provided items are in stock. If an item that has been ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements. You will be notified via email once the order has been shipped, including applicable tracking numbers.

For international orders, please contact Sydney Soaps for a quote on shipping prior to placing an order. Once an international order is placed, the correct total (including shipping) will be sent to you so that payment can then be made.

Sydney Soaps Refund & Return Policy

If you are not happy with your Natural Soap purchase, please contact us outlining your reason for return or refund within 2 days of purchase. We will endeavour to contact you with a resolution within 7 business days. Please do not send any items back without having contacted us first, as we will not refund or accept the return of any product that has not been pre-arranged.

The item/s must be returned to Sydney Soaps (at your expense) along with a copy of your invoice within 10 business days of the return/refund authorisation. Please include all original packaging, accessories and applicable documentation that was shipped with your order.

Please note that Sydney Soaps will not accept returns or refunds on the following items:

1.    Items that have been damaged
2.    Items that have been opened or used
3.    Items that were purchased on commission or special order
4.    Items that were purchased "on clearance"


Postage and packing for the return of items to Sydney Soaps will be at your expense. If your refund is not as a result of an error by Sydney Soaps then your purchase price will be refunded, less postage costs. If a refund is applicable as a result of a Sydney Soaps error then the full purchase price including shipping will be refunded.

Sydney Soaps recommends that all returns be send via Express, Registered Post or using another trackable shipping carrier. We also suggest that you consider insuring the item for the full value of the order so that you are protected if the item is lost or damaged in transit. If the item is not trackable and/or insured, you will be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
